Spare parts can be delivered on board whilst vessel remains alongside, at anchor or at Off Port Limit (OPL), but for a smooth delivery on board we need to issue its pre-clearance before the different Authorities, wherefore senders should be instructed to send them as follows

As soon as available, the forwarding company should send us copy of the AWB and comercial invoice with value to commence immediately with clearance procedure and coordinate with concerned parties to ensure a swift delivery on board.

If what you are sending are nautical charts ONLY, they should be declared as documents when sending to try avoiding customs clearance.
